Foundations for Laity Renewal recognizes the needs of the human soul are great. These needs are particularly deep in the lives of those struggling for meaning and significance in the workplace of today's massive institutions.

We are committed to increased programming around the theological and relational development of Trinitarian servant leaders who foster renewal in organizations.

Through the recent creation of the Laity Leadership Institute, we are focused on influencing the development of leaders so they are transformed and renewed into a vitality of faith. We are interested in building up leaders whose faith can be integrated into the challenges of their leadership responsibilities and all other aspects of their lives.

LEADERSHIP GOALS SUMMARY

• Initiate programs as a direct result of national research findings that would further the understanding of leadership in places of higher education and vocational training to foster renewal in corporate, church, political, community, and home settings.


• Strengthen the Laity Lodge Leadership Forums by investing in programming between the biannual gatherings.


• Invest in technology innovation to build stronger websites that help strengthen faith in the everyday aspects of life through quality content and social networking opportunities.
