Jennifer Hargrave joined Foundations for Laity Renewal in 1990 after working as a tax accountant with the H. E. Butt Grocery Company for five years. She earned her accounting degree from UTSA in 1983. As Controller and Director of Human Resources, Jennifer supervises and directs accounting, benefits, payroll, and human resource functions. However, she is also on the proofing committee and helps organize monthly birthday celebrations for all Kerrville office employees. (Her baked oatmeal is incredible!) Jennifer devotes her free time to staying in touch with her daughter, Megan, who lives in the Dallas area, as well as all family members across the state. She enjoys baking, hiking, and is a
self-described sports enthusiast, especially when it involves watching her nephews play ball. Jennifer loves studying God’s Word and particularly enjoys Bible studies written by Beth Moore.
