Steven Purcell brings energy and enthusiasm to our team as the Executive Director at Laity Lodge. He came to Texas in October 2006, by way of Seattle and Austria. While in Europe, he was a managing Director at a Christian conference center for five years. One of the added perks of life in the Hill Country is that his parents live just down the road in Boerne where Steven and his wife, Amy, reside. Steven loves to travel. Someday he might even go to Reykjavik if he can figure out how to spell it. On his day off, you might find him reading a book or improvising in the kitchen. Music and the arts are of special interest to Steven. He also enjoys winter sports, but he is having a hard time finding a place to cross-country ski here in Texas.
