As Executive Vice President and COO, David Rogers directs the planning, staffing, and vision of all Foundations for Laity Renewal programs—Laity Lodge, Laity Lodge Youth Camp, the Foundation Free Camps, Laity Lodge Family Camp, TheHighCalling.org, and Laity Leadership Institute. He joined the Foundation in 1991 after earning his MBA from UT Austin. David enjoys working with the Laity Renewal's leadership teams because he has been "able to see lives changed, enriched, and renewed." Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and cycling. David and his wife, Deborah, have three children, Katherine, Alexandra, and Jackson.
