Dave Williamson has a passion for Jesus and for helping folks connect their relationships with Jesus to every aspect of their daily lives. He earned an M.Div. from Fuller Theological Seminary and a D.Min. from Luther Theological Seminary. After 35 years of parish life, in 1999, Dave came to Laity Lodge from Hollywood! Really! Minnesota before that. He traded a boogie board, a pair of skis, and work as a counseling pastor for hiking boots, a kayak, and the happy work of planning and facilitating retreats at Laity Lodge. Dave is joined by Anne, his wife and partner, in the ministry. They have three children and seven grandchildren.

Dave and Anne retired to Minnesota in 2007 (where he has now traded the kayak back for a couple of pairs of skis!), but Dave continues to do consulting work for Foundations for Laity Renewal.
